Home fermented salsa with black beans (mild) - sugar-free

Serving size is a very large mason jar, and serves 4-6 people. It keeps for up to a week in the fridge nicely. My salsa is everyone's favourite! It's a blend of a number of fresh vegetables, just a bit of pickled jalepeno for spice, lacto-fermented for 2 -3 days to make it super beneficial for your health, then with black beans added in before refrigeration. Probiotics are extremely important and probiotic foods are the best source. This goes great with any Mexican dish or eggs. Gluten, dairy, and sugar free. Probiotics are from quality capsules but I can't guarantee there are no dairy cultures in the capsule.
